I’m so glad you’re here. Maybe you found your way to this page because you’re curious, or maybe your world has shifted, or maybe you just want more energy you see - more joy, more peace, more purpose.
Whatever brought you here, I believe it’s on purpose and perhaps for a purpose.  Here’s how this journey began for me.
There was a time when my world was shaken in ways I never expected.
Things I thought were solid began to change, and something in me awakened.  I had a sudden hunger for God’s Word unlike anything I had experienced before.
I read Scripture. I wrote it. I spoke it.  I held onto it when what I could see around me didn’t make sense. Â
One of the first words that I wrote during this time was alignment.
I didn’t fully understand what it meant yet. I just knew that God was drawing me closer and teaching me to see my life through a different lens.
As I surrendered more of my life to Him, I began paying attention differently - to what I believed, what I spoke, how I moved, how I cared for myself, what I carried, what I needed to release, and who God says I am.
I stepped into a deeper walk of faith. Trusting without having all the answers, but believing that with God all things are possible.
Faith became more than words or belief. It became something I lived, something I spoke, something I moved through, and something I began building my life around.
And somewhere in that process, Jenergy began to take shape. Â
Energy took on a new meaning for me. Instead of striving harder or giving more of myself away, I shifted my focus to a deeper source — His strength, His peace, His love, His presence.
What began as a deeply personal journey is becoming something I feel called to share - a place to awaken, align, move, strengthen, create, connect, and arise into who God is calling us to be.
That’s the journey:  Awaken.  Align.  Arise.   And it’s better together.

This time I decided not to run.
In the past, when something happened that I didn’t fully understand, I often poured my energy into something new. I kept moving, creating, and doing without ever really processing what I had been through.
 This time was different.
I stayed. I prayed. I surrendered. I let myself feel every bit of pain.  I couldn’t keep running while carrying everything with me. I needed God, and I went to Him for comfort, for understanding, for guidance, and finally, to let go of what I had been carrying.Â
I read, I wrote and I spoke Scripture. I posted it around my house. I journaled. I recorded voice notes and videos. I wrote poetry - and some of those turned into songs.
Once I gave myself the space to process, creativity began to flow, transforming what I had inside me, into a living expression of what God was awakening in me.
With Him and through Him, what I released began to transform into expression through music, movement, and new ways of creating and connecting.
One of the songs became, “No More Running.”
This is still unfolding and I’m excited to share it as it comes to life.
